Q. What does it cost to use the “Loved Ones At Home” service?

A. There is no charge for using our co-ordinating and information service. As part of our programme, we will spend time assessing your needs and connecting you with most appropriate provider. Naturally, these providers have their own schedule of fees.

Q. What range of services  are available?

A. A complete range of ‘at home’ services…from full nursing care to meal preparation, from hair care to pet care.

Q. What if I need information and want to manage my ( or my loved ones) care?

A. No, problem. Loved Ones At Home offers a free service providing aged care and health care options. If we can’t find a solution, we will direct you to a service that can.

Q. Can you help if I only need assistance for 1 hour a week?

A. Yes, most definitely. Our providers range from 1hour support options to 24/7 full care.
Just let us know what works best for you and we will organise it for you.

Q. Do your services extend to all areas of Sydney?
